So I was looking for a fall cookie recipe for the tailgate last Saturday and stumbled across these, Pumpkin Caramel Kiss Cookies. They turned out really well (don't you love when Pinterest recipes work like that!) The cookie part was more cakey, but still delicious. I think that is the case with any recipe that uses pumpkin.
ok so I made these cookies and they looked no where as delicious as yours!!
